The Tooling Department
The Tooling Department has a team of professional
engineers, mold structure designers, technical experts and skillful
workers to support our mold tooling service.They utilizes the
latest CAD/CAM/CAE to design and build all mold making processes.
Our facility has state-of-the art high-speed mills and EDM machines
and We have confidence and capability to make the high quality,
precise molds with slides, lifters, over molding, stack, hot
runner，stripper plates, unscrewing mechanisms, and hydraulic
core pulls. for most kinds of plastic products to meet our customers
satisfaction. Our typical mold size capabilities range for injection
presses from 40 ton up to 1200 ton molds.
