Spray Painting Lines (Paint coating robot systems) are installed in
dust-free rooms for plastic products with bigger size such as Frame
and Base of TV products; Cabinet Front of Audio Products and Front
Panel of Speakers, etc. These lines are fully controlled by a Central
Computer System with indexing program usage and are capable for mass
spraying production with high quality and high productivity.
In our two paint-coating workshops, we also
have strong ability in manual spraying for plastic parts. The installation
of 48 sets water-shower type spraying tanks with electrical conveyor
lines / ovens can meet most kinds of spraying requirements. We can
handle spraying with general paint, metallic paint, rubber paint,
UV paint, PU paint, EMI paint and etc.

Painting Lines are equipped for operation under a dust-free working
environment. These painting system lines can assure high quality
standard and high-efficient in the paint spraying decorative process,
specially for the small plastic parts such as casings for MP3 / MP4,
Blue Tooth products, Deck-phones / Mobile phones, and etc.
We are able to provide plastic products with Semi-assembly
or Full-assembly services to our customers. Of course, products
packaging and delivery / shipping arrangement are also our scope
of services. Therefore, OEM plastic productions are welcome.
